Lees-McRae College welcomes Erin Healey as Vice President of Enrollment Management

Lees-McRae College is pleased to announce the appointment of Erin Healey as Vice President of Enrollment Management. Healey most recently served as Senior Associate Director of Admissions at Ross University School of Medicine and School of Veterinary Medicine.

Prior to her work at Ross, Healey was Associate Director of Admissions at California State University- Monterey Bay and Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Pacific University. She has also served as Associate Director of Admissions at Pace University and Fairleigh Dickinson University. Erin is a graduate of Moravian College where she focused on Industrial Organizational Psychology. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the Keller School of Management. 

Having attended and worked at small private colleges similar to Lees-McRae, she is excited to come back to a familiar environment. “I’m so glad to be part of the Lees-McRae community,” commented Healey. “It feels like a home I’ve known before.”

Healey’s 19 years in higher education have provided her with a unique perspective on best practices and current trends, while strengthening her competitive recruitment strategies.

“Erin’s expertise in data management and analysis are a great fit as Lees-McRae continues to meet the needs of today’s families,” stated President Buxton. “She is a high-energy individual with a passion for private education.”

Healey’s goal is to effectively reach students who are passionate and ready to make the most of their experiences on this vibrant campus. “The team here is enthusiastic and their energy contagious. Our strategy is to partner with the campus community to champion exciting enrollment initiatives that will lead to positive growth at Lees-McRae.”
