New Freshmen and Transfer Students

| 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. | Residence Hall Check In – Cannon Student Center Pick up Residence Hall room key and move into your dorm. ** Late arrivals may call Mitch Marlowe, Associate Dean of Students: 828-808-3857 (Please make every effort to arrive on time) |
| 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. | Dinner: MacDonald Dining Hall/Heritage Dining Room Enjoy dinner with other new Spring 2012 students, Lees-McRae College faculty and staff. |

| 9:00 -10:00 a.m. | Freshmen Orientation: Evans Auditorium - Cannon Student Center Activities include a campus tour, ID picture, Campus PO box assignment, etc. |
| 10:15-12:30 p.m. | Freshmen Placement Testing and Advising: Burton Center- Bowman Science Building Meet with Dr. Fiona Chrystall for untimed placement testing, academic advising, and class scheduling |
| 9:00–10:00 a.m. | Transfer Student Registration: Burton Center – Bowman Science Building Meet with Dr. Fiona Chrystall for academic advising and class scheduling |
| 10:15 –12:30 p.m. | Transfer Student Orientation: Evans Auditorium – Cannon Student Center Activities include a campus tour, ID picture, Campus PO box assignment, visit to campus bookstore, etc. |
| 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. | Lunch with your academic advisor: McDonald Dining Hall Enjoy lunch with your academic advisor |
| 3:30 – 5:00 p.m. | Information Technology Services – Chaffee Administrative Building Visit the IT staff for computer set up and guidance |
| ****Student Financial Services Office will be open 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. to assist you with financial aid and student account questions**** | |

| 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. | Introduction to Carson Library resources and Career Resource Center: Carson Library Learn about our many library resources and the new Career Resource Center |
| 2:45 – 3:30 p.m. | Introduction to the Burton Center for Student Success – Burton Center (Bowman Science Building) Learn about academic support programs and tutoring services offered at the Burton Center |
| 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. | LMC Basketball (Double Header): Bobcats v. Erskine College– Williams Gym Go Bobcats!! |
