It is difficult to tell how you feel about a community until you take the time to observe it for yourself. As a result, there is no substitute for visiting Lees-McRae’s campus. Once you walk through our beautiful 400-acre mountain setting, step into the classrooms where you will attend classes, and meet with the professors that you will work and study with, you will understand why students choose Lees-McRae College.
Our Admissions Office is open from 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday through to Friday. Campus Tours are available for Seniors by appointment daily, and for Juniors and below at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Feel free to give us a call at 1-800-280-4562 or fill out the registration form below.
Our visits are scheduled individually and tours are given by current students through our Student Ambassador Program. In a typical visit, a prospective student and his or her family will have the opportunity to meet with their admissions counselor and walk through many of the classroom and residence buildings on campus. The typical visit will last approximately an hour and a half. We are also happy to make arrangements for prospective students to attend a class or a meeting with additional members of the faculty and staff.
While we do give tours to “walk-ins”, we prefer to have some advance warning in order to have time to schedule tour guides, classroom meetings, and any meetings with faculty and/or coaching staff. So give us a call and let us know what times would be convenient for you. We look forward to seeing you.
