Welcome home to Lees-McRae College! Take a load off and start your weekend with a glass of wine when you register and pick up your packet of Homecoming information.

Hall of Fame Dinner 6 p.m. MacDonald Dining Hall
Celebrate the accomplishments of this year’s Athletics Hall of Fame recipients. The Lees-McRae Athletics is proud to announce the following 2011 inductees: Leonard Wheeler '89 Football, Allison McDonald Norris ’93 Women’s Soccer, Carla Swart ’11h Cycling (posthumous)

Class of 1991 20th Class Reunion
7:30 p.m. The Alumni House
Nirvana’s song, “Smells like Teen Spirit” was released and the grunge movement was born. Get together with your ’91 friends and classmates to celebrate great memories! The classes of ’90 and ’92 are also invited.

Lees-McRae Performing Arts Presents: Curtains
7:30 p.m. Hayes Auditorium
Directed by LMC’s Dr. Michael Hannah ’93, Curtains is a musical with book by Rupert Holmes, lyrics by Fred Ebb, and music by John Kander, with additional lyrics by Kander and Holmes. Based on the original book and concept by Peter Stone, the musical is a send-up of backstage murder mystery plots, set in 1959 Boston, Massachusetts and follows the fallout when the supremely untalented star of Robbin’ Hood of the Old West is murdered during her opening night curtain call.

All of your LMC friends and classmates in one place for fun and catching up—it simply couldn’t be better. The deejay will rock the house, so don’t be the last one on the dance floor!

A long-held tradition, Lees-McRae’s athletic teams are recognized and celebrated alongside a gigantic blazing fire. Call the fire department—the Bobcats are hot!

Bobcats and Bagels are the order of the morning for the Class of ’01. Celebrating their 10th reunion will bring back memories of not-so-long-ago!
