Commemorate and celebrate the life and mission of the founder of Lees-McRae College, Reverend Edgar Tufts. Traditionally, Founder’s Day is the fourth Tuesday of September, but what better way to remember and recognize the Tufts family legacy than at Homecoming. Featured this Founder’s Day is the dedication of the newly refurbished “entrance to campus” by the LMC Class of 1959 in memory of their classmates.
