We are a Greek Organization here for the purpose of developing leadership and maintaining a high-order of womanhood through fellowship and service. This sorority is dedicated to the to providing a caring and nurturing environment that inspires a deep and lasting bond between all sisters and the Lees-McRae Community. Members of the sorority will develop leadership skills and a strong sense of community through service projects and social gatherings. These experiences will encourage positive self-growth and the development of each sister into a strong woman and contributing member of society. As students at Lees-McRae College and ladies of Delta Omicron Theta we are servants to our community as we will live "in, of and for the mountains" as Edgar Tufts, founder of Lees-McRae College, once said. |
