Strategic Planning and Effectiveness

The office engages the College community in a comprehensive, recursive information-gathering process that measures achievement of established institutional, division and departmental goals and outcomes. Through analysis of the findings, departments and operational units make improvements and change institutional behavior. The college mission and strategic plan inform all goals and link all organizational levels together.


The office serves as a centralized reporting agency for institutional data. The office ensures accuracy and timeliness of all external reporting, including federal, state, and accreditation-related requests. The office supports data-driven decisions through statistical analysis and projection, longitudinal studies, and collecting program satisfaction and evaluation results.
