Strategic Planning and Effectiveness
The office engages the College community in a comprehensive, recursive information-gathering process that measures achievement of established institutional, division and departmental goals and outcomes. Through analysis of the findings, departments and operational units make improvements and change institutional behavior. The office also serves as a centralized reporting agency for institutional data and supports data-informed decisions through statistical analysis and projection, longitudinal studies, and direct and indirect evaluation.

Lees-McRae College evaluates success with respect to student achievement consistent with the institution's mission.
