International Students
Lees-McRae College encourages applications from international students and welcomes their presence as a vital part of the campus community. This year we have an international campus population of 45 with representation from 20 different countries.

Financial Support for International Students
International Admissions Requirements
Complete the International Student Application and mail it along with a $25 application fee
Demonstrate knowledge of English by submitting a minimum score of 500 from the Test of English as a Foreign Language
Provide proof of Immunization as required by the State of North Carolina.
Have original copies of the materials listed below sent to Lees-McRae:
Official secondary school and/or college transcripts of all academic work completed with official translations
Provide documentation of the ability to pay by completing the International Student Statement of Financial Responsibility
Official SAT and/or TOEFL score reports
One letter of recommendation.
It is imperative that these credentials be sent early enough so that applications can be processed and appropriate documents sent in time to process the student visa through the appropriate United States Consulate or Embassy.
