The goal of the Department of Information Technology is to support the mission of Lees-McRae College by providing technical support and technological guidance to all members of the Lees-McRae College community.
Additionally, the Department of Information Technology is dedicated to providing leadership in the area of technology and infrastructure improvements.

For personal computers not owned by Lees-McRae College, the Department of Information Technology provides assistance in the following areas:
- Wireless and internet connection problems
- Access and issues with SAKAI, E-Mail, and Web Advisor
- LMC supplied Microsoft Office installation
- Password resets
All other hardware/software issues will need to be taken to an outside repair shop.
