Work Study Information

Due to several changes in the work-study program this year, ALL work-study students MUST attend a mandatory work-study meeting.

Please choose the meeting time that best fits your schedule:
Tuesday, August 16 at 4 p.m. in Chaffee 102
Wednesday, August 17 at 4 p.m. in Chaffee 102

No work-study students may begin working until they have attended one of the mandatory work-study meetings. 

Students should submit a completed Hiring Contract and work/class schedule during the first week of classes, and plan to begin work as early as Monday, August 22, 2016. 


Please make sure that all paperwork is complete and returned to the Student Financial Aid Office.

Only students who have been offered work-study in their Financial Aid Package may apply.

  • Work-study Students can complete 110 hours each semester.
  • Students cannot complete more than 20 hours in one week (Saturday-Friday).
