Wildlife Science Summer Program
This program is designed for students who have an interest in conservation, animal medicine and wildlife studies. Participants will be introduced to active wildlife biology, veterinary, animal conservation and wildlife rehabilitation programs, gaining exposure to patient care and education at the May Wildlife Rehabilitation Center.
Advanced Wildlife Science Summer Program
This program is designed for students interested in pursuing a college education in the wildlife field. Successful participants will have attended a previous wildlife camp at Lees-McRae College or have previous experience working with and handling wildlife. Participants will work in a clinical setting alongside mentors and staff, engage in advanced wildlife studies, conduct education programs and tour parts of western North Carolina to study wildlife.
Summer Camps and Programs
