It is difficult to tell how you feel about a community until you take the time to observe it for yourself. As a result, there is no substitute for visiting Lees-McRae's campus. Once you walk through our beautiful 400-acre mountain setting, step into the classrooms where you will attend classes, and meet with the professors that you will work and study with, you will understand why students choose Lees-McRae College.
Our Admissions Office is open from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and campus tours are available Monday through Saturday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Beginning November 3, the 10 a.m. tour time will change to 11 a.m. Please fill out the registration form below to sign up for your tour.
Our visits are scheduled individually and tours are given by current students through our Student Ambassador Program (except during official college holidays and breaks). In a typical visit, a prospective student and his or her family will have the opportunity to meet with their admissions counselor and walk through many of the classroom and residence buildings on campus. The visit will last approximately an hour and a half. We are also happy to make arrangements for prospective students to attend a class or a meet with additional members of the faculty and staff.
While we do give tours to walk-ins, we prefer to have some advance notice in order to schedule tour guides, classroom meetings and any meetings with faculty and/or coaching staff.
Please note that tours are not available on the following days: September 1, September 20, November 15 and November 26-29.
