The Mission of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Assessment at Lees-McRae College is to facilitate student learning in the context of the College mission, by:

• Ensuring that all units of the College plan and operate in a manner that contributes to the College mission and goals;

• Sustaining compliance with the College’s regional accrediting agency;

• and Assisting other administrative units of the College in strategizing programs and services based on the application of institutional effectiveness results, and accreditation requirements.
