The Student Development Office coordinates a wide array of services, programs, and activities designed to support the academic success and personal development of Lees-McRae students.

We recognize that the college years will be a time of tremendous intra-personal awareness, learning and application of interpersonal skills, and development of many life skills such as time management, stress management, problem identification, and problem solving.
