Technical and Management Positions

By lending their talents and skills, our technicians, stage managers, and arts administrators have allowed Lees-McRae Summer Theatre to produce high quality theatre for nearly four decades. Our technicians and managers are hired in one of two categories: professionals or apprentices. Professionals are those who have completed their undergraduate training or have significant professional experience. Currently undergraduate students are hired as a member of our apprenticeship program. Regardless of their hiring category, all technical and management positions are paid, and room/board is provided for those not local to the Banner Elk area. With questions, contact Gabriel Vanover at vanoverg@lmc.edu.
