Scholarly and Professional Achievements

My undergraduate degree is in Emergency Medical Care. I am a nationally registered Paramedic and credentialed in North Carolina. I hold a NCOEMS Level II Instructor status as well as certification and instructor status for CPR, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), International Trauma Life Support for the Advanced Provider (ITLS). I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in the spring of 2018 completing my MS in Higher Education Administration.

Institutional Service and Responsibilities

I am currently the Director of the Emergency Medical Services and Management program and spend time teaching Paramedic and EMT classes. I am also responsible for the budget, supplies, and clinical rotations.

Personal Interests

I am very dedicated to the profession of emergency medical care. I am focused on student success and will go out of my way to ensure students have every opportunity to complete their educational goals. I have an open door policy and will make time for any student seeking advise or just needs someone to talk to.
