  • Work-study Students can complete 110 hours each semester.
  • Students cannot complete more than 20 hours in one week (Saturday-Friday).

    Job Description: Not required to be an athlete. Assist Sports Information Department with various press box/row duties, aid in compiling record books and other statistical information for athletic department, writing and designing press releases and feature stories. Must have demonstrated writing ability, strong communication skills, and exceptional work ethic. Photography, graphic design and video editing skills a plus. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, and have ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

    Job Description: American Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR Certification required; Ensure safety of patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies. Maintain constant surveillance in the facility; act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of an emergency; provide emergency care and treatment as required until arrival of emergency medical services; pool cleaning and routine maintenance; present professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain a high standard of customer service; prepare and maintain activity reports; other duties as assigned. Must have the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations, skill in rescue techniques, ability to pass physical skills evaluation, ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork, knowledge of CPR, ability to follow routine instructions, knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.

    Job Description: Assist in daily maintenance of costume shop, including costume collection; refiling costumes into the collection as they are returned to the shop; help pull costumes from the collection for productions or other borrowings; helping in constructing, adapting, or repairing costumes and accessories as needed; help complete laundry during productions and after productions conclude; assist in the fitting of performers during costume construction; daily cleaning sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed to keep the shop in working order.
