The Robb Center for Career Exploration provides a wide array of career preparation activities and events, including career counseling, career seminars, résumé workshops, mock interviews, and internships and job networking. Through the department, students have access to the College Central Network with 27,000 internship and 500,000 job listings.

As part of the Core Curriculum, second year students enroll in CLA 299 as an introduction to career and life planning topics.
