  • Lean Ground Beef (any lean cut of red meat 90-99%)

  • Canned or Packaged White Tuna

  • Turkey (white meat) or Turkey Bacon

  • Flank Steak

  • Round Steak

  • Protein Drink (whey or soy)

  • Salmon Steak

  • Any White Fish (with scales and fins only)

  • Lean Ham

  • Shrimp (broiled or boiled only)

  • Broccoli

  • Brussels Sprouts

  • Cabbage/Lettuce

  • Cauliflower

  • Celery

  • Cucumbers

  • Radishes

  • Red Cabbage

  • Red, Green, Yellow Bell Peppers

  • Sauerkraut

  • Green or Black Beans

  • Mustard Greens

  • Okra

  • Spinach

  • Tomatoes

  • Turnips

  • Turnip Greens

  • Zucchini

  • Whole Grain Bread = 2 Slices

  • Kidney beans--Pinto Beans (no meat added)
