  • Think ducky thoughts for this year’s callers during Phone-a-thon ’08!  We hope callers “rain” in lots of pledges!!!!

  • Participating this year in calling our alumni for pledges:  CAT (Club of Athletic Trainers), Men’s Tennis, Men’s Soccer and Women’s Tennis.

  • Meals this year are sponsored by Deb and James Thatcher, Scott and Vicky McKinney, Bill & Lori Sliwa, The Office of the President/Advancement office staff.  Brownies each night donated by John Wolcott and his staff. 

  • Alumni who pledge to the Lees-McRae Fund for the first time will be honored in a very unique way.  Each time the advancement office receives a first time pledge, Michelle Scott ’86 ’90, Director of The Lees-McRae Fund will go to the Mill Pond (no matter the weather!) and feed the ducks in that alum’s honor!  A picture of each feeding will appear on the advancement’s webpage!!!

  • Seniors, this is your chance to get an early start on your gift to  the Lees-McRae Fund!!!

  • For the first time, the Lees-McRae Fund Phone-a-thon will be held in THE ALUMNI HOUSE!!!!

  • All pledges are due by May 31st, 2009.  If you want gift tax credit for this year, pledges must be paid on or before December 31st, 2008.
