Student Helpdesk
The Technology Services Helpdesk is managed by the Academic Computing Department.
Student Technology Assistants manage the day-to-day operations of the Helpdesk, by helping students with their many and varied computer problems. Employees can contact the Full time staff for support issues. They are listed below with the scope of each person's responsibility.

Employee Training
Workshops and other training opportunities are provided by the Teaching and Learning Center (TLC). The Director of Teaching and Learning, and the Director of Instructional Technology plan and implement a wide array of training opportunities for both faculty and staff.
