To assure each graduate is adequately prepared to enter the workforce, each Performing Arts Studies major must successfully complete six areas with a high level of proficiency. Defining Competency

To prove that each student is competent within the six areas listed above the Student must demonstrate sufficient knowledge within each of these areas through exceptional projects completed in upper level courses or with faculty guidance.  Beginning your Sophomore year you may begin planning for competency review. Our faculty is here to help you along the way!
