The Program

Our K-12 program provides candidates with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to be outstanding theatre arts educators for the 21st century. We provide a course of study that promotes a positive and holistic understanding of the teaching profession within a reflective practitioner framework. The student may pursue either a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science degree. We are fully accredited by the National Association of Schools of Theatre (NAST).
For additional information please contact Dr. Susan Gilbert, Program Coordinator, at gilbertsd@lmc.edu or 828-898-3331
