The mission of the Student Success department is to coordinate and assure successful completion of a wide variety of functions designed to enhance the academic and social support of students. We provide a systematic program designed to deliver academic support services and to coordinate strategic activities critical to recruitment and retention. Lees-McRae graduates have proven it time and again: There are many paths to success. A supportive, closely knit academic community, Lees-McRae College makes every effort to help each student find the path that's right for him or her--as an individual. The Goal of Lees-McRae College is to provide for the academic success of each of its students. The Student Success department at Lees-McRae College includes courses offered in a variety of areas and disciplines. Coursework offerings range from Foundations courses in mathematics, reading, and writing to special honors classes and leadership seminars. Each of the offerings is designed to assist students to become academically, socially and professionally successful.
