Web Advisor Helpful Information
Can't Login to Web Advisor? Try a few things first:
Please ensure you are using your new NetID
to log in.
Effective July 14, 2008, students will only be able to access all
campus e-services using their new LMC NetID. Therefore, your
NetID is the only login that will work for WebAdvisor, Sakai, Email,
Online Directory, campus computer logins, etc.
If you have not done so already, please check your old
@students.lmc.edu or @lmc.edu email account for instructions on
setting up your new NetID.
Please note, your NetID will be your first initial, last initial,
and seven digit student ID number combined (ie. jk0123456).
Your initial password is included in the email instructions.
You
can login to your
e-mail account
You should use your same username and password to login to web
advisor.
Remember, only type your username,
not your full email
address to login (your username is the first part of your email
address before the @ symbol)
If you still cannot get into Web Advisor and you are sure that you
are typing your username and password (case-sensitive) correctly,
then send an e-mail to either Teddy Hughes, or Charles Crumley
(listed below).
You
cannot login to your
e-mail account
Web Advisor uses the same system as your e-mail, so you may need to
reset your LMC account password.
Do this by going to
www.go.lmc.edu/changepassword.
If you are not able to change your password using this site, e-mail
one of the people listed below.
