Lees-McRae partners with Coca-Cola for athletic programming and campus dining services

As part of a recent partnership between Lees-McRae and Coca-Cola, college members will now see the classic red logo and many of its other brands across campus.

The partnership also brings new equipment to the athletics program as well as opportunities for contests, giveaways, and other activities through the Student Development office.

For athletics, the transition will include a shift from Gatorade to Coca-Cola-owned brand, Powerade. New water bottles, coolers, and towels, among others, have been provided to athletics.

Dining services has already undergone the shift to provide Coca-Cola products both within the dining halls and vending machines across campus.

“At Coca-Cola Consolidated, we are committed to developing strong partnerships that have a meaningful impact on the communities that we serve,” Coca-Cola representative, Gina Ross, said. “That is why we are excited to partner with Lees-McRae College to offer students and community members the Coca-Cola experience. Lees-McRae College is well established and has a rich tradition of delivering extraordinary educational experiences. Our goal is to promote that tradition with great product, service, and support.”
