Daniel Abide art exhibition on display Oct. 15–Dec. 5

Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 15 through Thursday, Dec. 5, view the photographic work of Asheville-based artist Daniel Abide in the King-Shivell Gallery, within the Cannon Student Center.

Free and open to the community, the exhibition features photography that focuses on the southern landscape and the people that inhabit it.  

Abide is the Director of the Asheville Darkroom, a 501c3 non-profit organization offering education, programming, and facilities to ensure public access to traditional photographic development and printing.

On Tuesday, Oct. 15 the college community gathered in the King-Shivell Gallery for an opening reception and lecture by Abide.
