Limited individual tickets available for upcoming FORUM shows

Those interested in attending the first FORUM production, Mac Frampton: That Mancini Magic!, can now purchase individual tickets for $35.

A limited number of individual tickets are available for both the 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. shows. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Season tickets at the Patron level are also still available for $150 to anyone who plans to attend all eight shows. To purchase individual tickets or a season membership, fill out the appropriate form on the FORUM website.

FORUM exists as a collaborative endeavor between Lees-McRae College and both seasonal and permanent residents. It was organized in 1979 for the purpose of bringing more stimulating cultural experiences to the High Country. Each year, the Program Selection Committee and Board of Directors choose eight performers or groups from more than 50 possible candidates.

The 2021 FORUM seasons opens with Mac Frampton: That Mancini Magic! The music of Oscar- and Grammy-winning composer Harry Mancini will come to life under the care of renowned pianist Mac Frampton and trumpeter Cecil Welch, who worked with Mancini for almost 20 years. Frampton and Welch will also be joined by the Moon River Orchestra as they delight audiences with a selection of Mancini’s most memorable works, including “Moon River” from “Breakfast and Tiffany’s” and the Pink Panther theme.
