Mr. Grubbs is Senior Vice President of the investment department of South State Bank in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He is an alumnus of Lees-McRae College, and he and his wife, Katie, reside in Winston-Salem with their two children. He is a member of Maple Chase Golf and Country Club. Parker serves as Chair of the 2021–22 Board of Trustees.
