Mr. Moss is a certified financial planner in Boone, NC. A Lees-McRae College alumnus, he serves on the Lees McRae Alumni Board, the Watauga Community Foundation Board, and the Endowment Committee of the First Presbyterian Church of Boone. He is also involved with Boy Scout Troop 100, Watauga Meals on Wheels, and Boone Sunrise Rotary. He, his wife (Fuschia), and their three children (Skylar, Thomas, and Mitchell) reside in Boone, North Carolina. Gary serves as Vice Chair of the 2021–22 Board of Trustees.
