Art Sabates is a business leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate development, retail, and consumer products, including serving as Executive Director of InComm Payments and owner of Sabates Inc. He and his wife, Melissa Hilton, reside in Eagles Nest, where they have owned property since 2015 and where Art has served on the Eagles Nest POA Board since 2016 and as President since 2023.
