Campus Operations
Parking Information
Rules and regulations have been developed to control traffic movement and parking for all persons utilizing the parking lots, roads, and ways at Lees-McRae College. The college designates parking spots for students, visitors, handicapped drivers, and faculty and staff. All vehicles on campus property must be registered with the Office of Campus Safety and must display a permit or temporary permit.
Visitor Registration
All visitors to campus are required to register with the Office of Campus Safety upon arrival using the Envoy system. The Envoy system will produce a temporary ID card, temporary parking permit, and notify your visitor of your arrival on campus. Envoy kiosks are available in Campus Safety (Robb Center), Admissions (Chaffee Center), and at the Facilities Complex.
Campus Post Office
Our Campus Post Office, located in the Cannon Student Center, serves our students, faculty, and staff with a variety of mailing and shipping services. All residential students are issued a post office box.
Access to Campus Facilities
Campus facilities are accessible to members of the college community and visitors during regular posted hours of operation. In order to provide for the security of all, individuals may be asked to produce identification. All students are required to carry their photo identification or their Student ID card at all times, and to present it to any college official upon request. Students needing assistance with access to residential facilities should contact the Residence Life staff member for the facility.
Key Requests and ID Replacement
Key and/or ID replacement is handled by the Office of Student Affairs. Students should first visit Student Accounts to pay the replacement fee, then take their receipt to the Office of Student Affairs, located in the Cannon Student Center, during regular business hours to be issued a replacement.
