Wellness

At Lees-McRae, we believe a comprehensive approach to achieving a healthier lifestyle includes eight wellness components: emotional, environmental, sexual, social, occupational, physical, spiritual, and environmental. Through our programs and outreach, we seek to empower students, faculty, and staff to continually explore multiple dimensions of health and wellness—and have fun doing it. Educational Workshops

A variety of educational workshops surrounding wellness will be offered throughout the year and can consist of nutrition, intuitive eating, women’s and men’s health, spiritual wellness, stress relief, and time management. Visit the campus calendar for upcoming educational wellness workshops.

Activity-based Workshops
