Emerging Leaders Certification

The Truist Leadership Initiative Emerging Leaders Certification is based on the model that beliefs drive behaviors—which in turn produce results. These highly interactive sessions give participants a better understanding of their individual leadership style and how they can lead others more effectively. Participants are given the opportunity to identify their signature strengths, leadership preferences, and ultimately articulate their leadership purpose. Upon completion of the certification, students will leave with practical tools and strategies that they can use immediately as a leader.
